Last year we announced the news that we would be appointing our very first marketing intern. Twelve months and a successful internship later, Sandicliffe Motor Contracts has once again extended their marketing team by recruiting a second Marketing Intern from Nottingham Trent University.

Amy Bowmar, Marketing Controller at Sandicliffe Motor Contracts is thrilled by the continued investment in driving the sales and marketing department forward, “With the recruitment of a new marketing intern, we can continue to drive forward our marketing activities at Sandicliffe Motor Contracts,”.

“Over the past eighteen months we have made some great progress and I’m looking forward to working with Ben to keep the momentum going”.

“Our previous intern, Jonathan, had a hugely successful year getting involved with many aspects of the role, and enjoying the freedom to lead on a few projects of his own. So there is certainly a huge opportunity for Ben to have a similar – if not, even bigger impact this year”.

“From what we have seen from Ben so far, we’re confident he’ll achieve great things with us” Amy added.

As a current university student studying Marketing at Nottingham Trent, Ben is eager to get started.

Ben commented, “I’m really grateful to be given the chance to gain invaluable experience working within a real life marketing environment, and applying the skills I’ve learned at university in practice”.

“The experience I will gain here will be vital in my final year at university, and I’m sure, that when I go back to finish my degree, it will enable me to fulfill my potential and have a successful marketing career in the future”.

Sandicliffe Motor Contracts is delighted to be supporting the growth of young talent by continuing their relationship with Nottingham Trent. Our current Intern, Jonathan, spoke very highly of the internship scheme.

“During my time here at Sandicliffe Motor Contracts I have been given some great opportunities to learn new skills that you just don’t get from the classroom,” said Jonathan.

“Ben has made an excellent decision by choosing to take a year out of university to complete a work placement, and there are few better companies to do it at than Sandicliffe Motor Contracts” continued Jonathan.

We thank Jonathan for all of his hard work during his time here and we wish him all the best for his final year at university and future career!

Sandicliffe Motor Contracts look forward to seeing Ben’s progress… watch this space!
