Professional Delivery

Choices have been made, colours and specifications agreed, an order placed and the company car is due for delivery.

For the fleet manager, it’s another job completed. For the driver, they’re taking delivery of their new vehicle.

But then it’s got a small dent in one of the panels. It’s delivered late. It’s dirty. Or worse still, it’s the wrong colour or is missing an important item of specification.

Moments like these can make or break a relationship. And it comes as quite a surprise to many people that most leasing companies rarely see the vehicle at the point of delivery.

But not at Sandicliffe Motor Contracts where our own in-house team inspects and delivers each vehicle personally with numerous benefits – not least the fact that 99% of all vehicles are delivered with complete customer delight!

- A secondary Pre-Delivery Inspection (in addition to the dealership PDI) to check the vehicle is in perfect condition.
- A member of the Sandicliffe Motor Contracts team personally approving the correct specification.
- A check to make sure the vehicle is properly taxed.
- Close control over the timing of delivery.
- Direct communication with our drivers and our customers at all times.
- A member of our team checking that the vehicle is presented properly.
- A professional hand over with full explanation of the controls and features.
- A consistent approach to the appraisal of the return vehicle if there is one.
