If one of your drivers has been involved in a non-fault accident, Sandicliffe Motor Contracts can arrange a replacement vehicle and re-charge the costs to the 3rd party’s insurers.

Quite simply, the "at-fault" party's insurer is invoiced for the hire period and the bill is settled directly.

  • Your driver is quickly provided with a vehicle

  • Where the 3rd party has clearly acknowledged being at fault, there is no dispute over the costs

  • Sandicliffe Motor Contracts invoices at rates agreed by the Association of British Insurers' General Tariff Agreement making the process completely open and transparent

  • If you also use Sandicliffe Motor Contracts’ accident management programme our experts will monitor all repairs to push for a speedy reconciliation between the driver and their vehicle

  • There is no risk on your part – everything is handled between Sandicliffe Motor Contracts and the insurers
